Bamboo Rose Release Brings Retailers and Brands Enhanced Agility to Consumer Demand

Fresh additions to the Bamboo Rose Multi-Enterprise Platform in the 2022R1 release enable retailers and their partners to streamline collaboration and decision-making across product categories and the supply chain with consumers in mind.

BOSTON – 5 April 2022 – Bamboo Rose, the Boston-based Multi-Enterprise Platform (MEP) connecting clients with industry partners across the complete product lifecycle and supply chain, today announced its latest product release that attunes product development and supply chain decisions to shifting consumer demands and digitizes relationships with software and business services partners within client business communities.

The release includes an integration with the CLO 3D design software, which enables retailers and suppliers to view 3D attachments in the Material & Color library, search and access Bamboo Rose materials alongside 3D attachments, and access Bamboo Rose colors with corresponding 3D attachments using the CLO-Vise plugin. This capability will be vital for retail clients and their supplier partners looking to accelerate their product development activities to keep pace with consumer trends.

Access to Partner Services will help to boost alignment across internal and external partners by offering logistics, compliance, and sourcing services to retailers within the community to create an environment where all members benefit from shared data and efficient operations to achieve common business goals.

New Order Builder, Packing List Builder, and Pre-Pack configurations give retailers greater flexibility in pack configurations and enable style and order-specific pack definitions. This is an enhancement to Bamboo Rose’s Agile Purchasing solution and allows for more targeted size profiles for individual products based on shifting market dynamics and consumer buying behaviors.

Retailers will also benefit from improvements to the Points of Measure (POM) capability that make it easier to make changes to POMs, inform team members of changes by other collaborators, and automate administrative tasks. This process of transparency will simultaneously improve product quality while also accelerating time to market.

New features included in 2022R1 will also bring a new level of product transparency, process visibility, and partner traceability to food and formulated retailers and brands, including Extended Allergy Traceability and Recipe Management enhancements.
